The printer sends NAK P when a !P is received and the printer is out of paper. This parameter
decides what the printer should do with ticket data when out of paper.
If long tickets are used, the print motor must start before the ticket is cut.
This parameter sets when to start the print motor. One step is 0.4 mm.
Determines how far the ticket should be fed from when the TOF sensor sees the trailing edge,
and the ticket is being cut. One step is 0.4 mm.
The start of print is measured from the rear edge of the ticket and this parameter can be used to
adjust the start of print.
