1 Turn off (O) the printer and disconnect the AC power cord.
2 Lift the media door and find the screw in the upper-middle area of the printer
frame.
3 As shown in this illustration, remove the screw and the lock washer:
Caution • This installation must be performed by a qualified service technician.
Caution • Turn Off (O) the printer and disconnect it from the power source before
performating these procedures.
Caution • Observe proper electrostatic safety precautions when handling any static-
sensitive components such as circuit boards and printheads.
