END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Please read the terms of this “End User License Agreement” (the “Agreement”) carefully. The

Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Zebra

Technologies International, LLC (“Zebra”) for the enclosed Zebra computer software, and

may include associated media, printed materials and any "online" or electronic documentation

(collectively, “Software”). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the

terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not use

or install or use the Software.

Grant of License. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws

and international treaties. The Software is licensed to you, and not sold, subject to the terms of

this Agreement. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and upon payment of all license fees

(if applicable), Zebra hereby grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license during the

term of this Agreement to use the Software solely and exclusively for your internal use for the

operation of your associated printer(s) and for no other purpose. If your licensing arrangement

specifies a maximum number of printers, your license to the Software is limited to operation of

no more than the specified number of printers. To the extent that any portion of the Software

is provided to you in a manner that is designed to be installed by you, you may install one copy
